Your New Role
As Accounting Manager, you’ll be a key player in the Controllership function, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller. This isn’t just about closing the books — it’s about owning the integrity of the numbers, driving process improvements, and building a finance function that can scale with the business.

You’ll lead the close process end-to-end, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and bring rigor to reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally with FP&A, tax, and business leaders to support forecasting and budgeting. You’ll also take the lead on technical areas such as fixed assets, leases, and tax provisions. Just as importantly, you’ll mentor junior staff and help shape a high-performing, future-ready team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
You’re a technically strong, commercially aware accounting professional who knows how to lead from the front. You’ve got a solid foundation in US GAAP, a track record of managing close processes, and experience leading teams in fast-paced environments. You’re confident, detail-oriented, and know how to communicate with clarity and credibility.

A CPA is preferred, but what really matters is your ability to bring structure, insight, and leadership to a growing finance function.
