Your new role

As a Lead Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for managing field operations and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day site activities on complex commercial projects across the DMV area.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably within data centers
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and field operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
• A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to quality
