Your new role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring payroll is processed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with all applicable regulations. Working closely with HR, finance, and employees, you’ll help maintain accurate records, manage deductions, and support payroll reporting and audits. Using Workday, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of payroll processes across a multi-state workforce, while helping to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Approximately 3 years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
