Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in leading retail, municipal, and K-12 construction projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can
hit the ground running and take ownership of projects from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Mentor and guide project teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing retail, municipal, and K-12 construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
