A well-established and rapidly growing marine construction firm is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead complex dredging operations across the Gulf Coast. Your new role

• As the Project Director, you will take full ownership of multiple dredging projects from initial planning through final delivery. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, compliance, and team performance, while also serving as the primary point of contact for clients and partners.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in dredging, marine, or heavy civil construction
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and construction safety protocols
• Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or PMP are a plus.
