The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Wireless Data Analyst in Greenwood Village, CO.

Role Description

• Identifies and resolves wireless system deficiencies, triage service impacts and determine root cause.
• Develops and implements approved methods of procedure. Apply software/firmware patches as determined. Implements wireless network improvements.

Skills & Requirements

• Data analysis skills; robust experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient data wireless networking knowledge (OSI Model, TCP/IP, etc.).
• Proficient knowledge of IP routing, routing protocols such as BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, as well as enabling and troubleshooting protocols and platforms such as DHCP, DNS, and Wireless network requirements.
• Proficient knowledge of related wireless industry specifications and standards IEEE, ANSI, 802.11 variants, • Bridging, Switching, Routing, Ethernet and Transport technologies and protocols.
• Proficient knowledge of basic wireless network devices and basic wireless network appliances.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. Related Work Experience 2 - 5 years wireless network experience.
• Knowledge and use of development/automation tools, application frameworks, and testing tools such as Python, Shell, BASH, Ansible (e.g., automating deployment, configuration, and management tasks), YAML, XML.
• Demonstrable experience troubleshooting wireless network and infrastructure system impacts, with a keen ability to quickly assess and resolve wireless service impairments.
• Working knowledge of Splunk, Netscout (nG1, nBA, nSA, Ngenius Pulse), Cisco Matrix, Wireshark, and additional network monitoring, packet analysis, and analytics tools.
• Cisco Certified Wireless Network Associate (CCNA), Wireless industry and vendor specific training (Cisco, Ariss, Ruckus, etc.).
