Are you a construction leader with a passion for building elegant, high-end spaces? My client is seeking a
Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of a premier country club. This is a project that blends luxury, functionality, and architectural excellence.

️ Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site construction activities for a luxury country club project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting


✅ Qualifications:
  • 5–20 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end commercial or hospitality construction
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-phase projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans
  • Experience with country club construction is a
    plus
