Our client is seeking a Project Manager - Digital Health Strategy in Foster City, CA.

Role Description

As the Project Manager, Digital Health Product Strategy & Operations for HIV, you will play a crucial role in enabling the success of our digital health initiatives by managing key projects and supporting Product leadership. Your responsibilities include:
• Digital Health Initiative Management: Directly support Product leadership and cross-functional teams in driving strategic digital health initiatives specific to the HIV franchise. Help define objectives, develop execution plans, and track progress on strategic goals for the digital health product portfolio.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage the operational rhythm for the Digital Strategy team focused on HIV, facilitating planning sessions, team meetings, and cross-functional reviews. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency in delivering digital health solutions.
• Executive Communication & Reporting: Synthesize complex project and operational information into clear executive-level reports and presentations. Develop and deliver regular updates on progress, risks, and the operational health of the HIV Digital Strategy function to senior leadership.
• Digital Health Roadmap Synthesis: Work with Product Owners to synthesize individual digital health product and program roadmaps for the HIV franchise into a holistic portfolio view, highlighting strategic direction, dependencies, and resource needs for leadership and stakeholders. Ensure alignment across different digital health initiatives.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Support Product leadership in team-level resource planning and capacity forecasting for the HIV Digital Health Product team. Help optimize resource allocation against strategic priorities and projects.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a key liaison, facilitating strategic discussions and ensuring alignment between the Digital Health Strategy team for HIV and key functions like Engineering, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs on processes and priorities.
• Complex Project Management: Manage select high-priority, cross-functional digital health projects or programs critical to the HIV franchise's strategic or operational goals, overseeing scope, timelines, risks, and delivery.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Champion process improvement within the Digital Health Strategy team for HIV, identifying operational gaps and implementing enhanced workflows to boost efficiency and collaboration.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or operational roles, with experience supporting senior leaders or functional offices preferred.
• Extensive experience within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of drug development and regulatory processes.
• Prior experience working closely with or within Product Management teams, preferably with a focus on Digital Health Products. Familiarity with digital health technologies (e.g., patient apps, provider platforms, data systems) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to support senior leaders, including managing priorities and preparing executive communications.
• Exceptional operational and organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Superior communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize information for decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (PMP, Agile) are a plus.
• 3 Days a week in-person at the Foster City, CA office.
