QA Analyst – Contract or CTP – Orlando, FL – $38.00 -$38.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a QA Analyst in Orlando, FL.
Skills & Requirements
4 + years of experience in retail POS or Restaurant Facing applications
1-2 years working in an Agile env (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban).
Acquainted with producing or altering sample data to trigger specific test conditions.
Added advantage if any experience using test automation tools such as UFT, Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin and Object Oriented Programming knowledge.
Strong knowledge of testing methods and SDLCs, Agile, Test and Behavioral driven test methods
Ability to quickly learn new software features to perform testing tasks within time constraints.
Should be able to understand the system under test to build and execute scenarios on POS for a QSR or Fine dine in restaurant systems.
Should be able to identify bugs/issues, report in system and retesting the same.
Identifies and resolves different types of problems to efficiently target test strategies and testing scope. Works with team members on problems to identify risks and solutions.
Proactive in managing work tasks in relation to timelines and release deadlines. This can include alternative approaches in order to optimize testing time.
Understands the relationships between the front-end Product, back-end tables, and processing of data to ensure testing covers appropriate integration.
Technology
At least 1 year of experience with test tools, such as HP ALM, Azure Devops, Postman
Added advantage if in experience writing SQL statements
Soft Skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

This position is for only onsite (client) location and no remote work
