Your new role

• Lead and oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and curing.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure efficient workflows.
• Troubleshoot and solve on-site construction challenges.
• Track and report progress, labor hours, and material usage.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing techniques.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project planning.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC.
