With over 30 years of industry experience, our client has an aggressive growth strategy to expand their multifamily division in NYC with 3 properties coming online in 2025/2026 alone.

Your new role

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Property Manager to support the operations of a recently opened 550+ unit ultra-luxury high-rise in the Financial District of NYC. The Property Manager will manage a full team including an Assistant Property Manager, Property Accountant, Events Experience Manager, Resident Manager, and onsite Maintenance personnel. Due to the growth strategy over the next year, with new multifamily developments in the pipeline, the Property Manager will have a genuine opportunity to step in to a senior level leadership position in the near future.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in luxury residential property management
• Must have experience managing luxury rental assets in NYC
• Lease-up/opening experience preferred but not required
• Strong ability to lead a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Yardi and Rent Cafe experience a plus
