Cybersecurity Program Manager – Permanent – Dallas, TX – $150000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager in Dallas, TX.
Role Description
• Define and track success metrics with business owners to measure value and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and communication plans.
• Own project financials and ensure budget adherence.
• Apply standardized PMO methodologies to all projects.
• Plan and secure resource assignments efficiently.
• Proactively manage and resolve risks and issues.
• Lead governance and decision-making for complex, enterprise-wide programs.
• Ensure quality assurance is planned and executed effectively.
• Integrate cross-functional deliverables from other teams.
• Promote transparency, urgency, and accountability across programs.
• Uphold and evolve PMO governance, processes, and continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities
• Own all cybersecurity-related projects.
• Lead projects directly or coach project managers through execution.
• Serve as the escalation point for project risks and issues.
• Keep leadership informed and aligned on initiative progress.
• Maintain awareness of enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure alignment.
• Advise leaders on cross-functional impacts and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across business and technical teams regardless of reporting lines.
• Build strong partnerships to support initiative execution.
• Regularly review performance and identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• 3–5 years managing large-scale, strategic programs.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity system implementations.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, ServiceNow, and Apptio (or equivalents).
