With over a decade of success and a reputation for excellence, they specialize in high-end commercial office space projects, completing 50+ interiors projects per year with an annual revenue of $45M.

Your new role

• Collaborate with repeat clients, subcontractors, and architects in a highly interactive environment.
• Manage 2-3 bids per week, ensuring thorough scope sheets at the front end.
• Evaluate bid proposals
• Provide precise cost assessments
• Work independently while taking initiative in a personable and energetic team culture.
• Utilize Procore and PlanSwift software for estimating processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideal candidates come from either a GC or subcontractor background, with 1-5 years of experience, though mid-senior level professionals are also encouraged to apply.

• Personable, outgoing, and able to connect with clients and internal teams.

• Skilled in bid leveling and detailed scope evaluations.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a collaborative team setting.

• Experienced in commercial interiors estimating (preferred, but not required).
