• Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and project requirements to develop precise cost estimates.
• Assess labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project feasibility.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive bids, budgets, and financial reports.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to refine estimates.
• Maintain and update a database of supplier quotes, cost-related information, and historical pricing.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, material innovations, and market pricing fluctuations.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of proven experience in construction estimating.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

• Competitive base salary of $80,000 – $110,000 (dependent on experience).
