Your new role

Oversee projects valued at up to $1M
Manage all ongoing projects across the Eastern Shore of MD
Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
Lead cross-functional teams to success
Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
Manage risks and ensure project success
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in concrete projects
Ability to travel throughout the Eastern Shore
Ability to manage your own projects
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
