Your new role
My client is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their company as an individual contributor. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee relations. Your expertise and keen attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and well-organized workplace.
Your new role
- Provide HR support and guidance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs (familiarity with ADP payroll is a plus).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure seamless transitions.
- Conduct and facilitate disciplinary hearings while adhering to company policies.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on hospitality/restaurant industry.
- Expertise in recruiting, compliance, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, disciplinary actions, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support employees and leadership.
- Experience with ADP payroll is a plus.
- Must be available to work 100% on-site.
