Your new role

• Provide HR support and guidance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Act as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
• Administer payroll and benefits programs (familiarity with ADP payroll is a plus).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure seamless transitions.
• Conduct and facilitate disciplinary hearings while adhering to company policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• 4+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Expertise in recruiting, compliance, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, disciplinary actions, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support employees and leadership.
• Experience with ADP payroll is a plus.
• Must be available to work 100% on-site.
