Senior Manager - Enterprise Systems Integrations

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems Integrations is responsible for defining and implementing a systems integration strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives. This newly established role aims to transform integration capabilities, introducing an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) to enhance workflow automation and accelerate the delivery of critical system integrations.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization's enterprise systems landscape, ensuring seamless communication between various platforms to optimize business operations.
  • Lead strategic integration initiatives, implementing a secure, scalable, and innovative iPaaS solution that supports long-term technology goals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated to the design, implementation, and support of enterprise integration strategies.
  • Improve performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness by optimizing resource allocation, automation, and process improvements.
  • Oversee the execution of technical strategies, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Partner with business systems teams to prioritize, plan, and execute integration projects, including enhancements and production support.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while providing strategic input for long-term technology planning.
  • Establish agile development cycles, oversee testing and validation phases, and ensure seamless deployment of updates.
  • Monitor financial resources, reviewing expenditures and adjusting allocations as necessary to support project success.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and ITSM, ensuring optimal interconnectivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong background leading integration teams utilizing iPaaS solutions like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato, with expertise in JSON and REST services.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and knowledge-sharing within engineering teams.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale integration projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in DevOps and Agile methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, API management, and automated deployment processes.
  • Solid understanding of business process management and workflow optimization techniques.


Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology roles, with a minimum of 5 years in enterprise systems leadership focusing on integrations.
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus.
