Senior Project Manager - SCIF - Denver or CO Springs - Up to $160,000 + ESOP

Your New Company

A Design-Build GC with a Nation-wide presence, solely focused in the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) space. With live Projects and pipeline across the US, this company is now in the position to consolidate their growth with a new office in Colorado. Projects include both Ground Up & Interior fit outs.

With a strong track record in the SCIF space – this company can also operate as an Owners Rep & on a consultancy basis.

With recent acquisitions completed – this company is now offering ESOP opportunities.



Your New Role

A unique and rare opportunity to spearhead the Colorado Operation through the opening of a new office.

The office will eventually be located in either CO Springs or the Denver Metro Area – however, you will start by working remotely until you build out your team and then a physical office will be selected in either of two locations.

With live, local projects to work on from Day 1 – you will be expected to hit the ground running and able to make an impact from your first day.


What you'll need to succeed
  • A background in SCIF related Projects
  • Security clearance is not essential, but is preferred
  • A network of subcontractors that can be utilized in Colorado
  • Being the first hire – an ability to be a self-starter and develop the Region is crucial
  • Proven examples of growing a team
  • Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
  • Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects
