Their approach is centered around forming a partnership with clients to ensure effective management of facilities through great communication, quality assurance, and a dedicated team.
Your new role
They are seeking a Business Development/Sales Manager or Director who can focus on one of the services and build a business around any one of pest, janitorial, or maintenance services in a subcontracting model working with external vendors. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and rapidly expanding market presence in their chosen area. This is a national role for someone who has strong ties to the facilities management industry.
What you'll need to succeed
- Seasoned sales professional with over 12+ years' proven experience in sales and business development, in pest control, janitorial, or maintenance services.
- Experience in a subcontracting facilities services model working with vendors.
- Experience in a startup sales environment and a proven track record of successfully growing sales revenue.
- Ability to maintain and expand a book of business and, ideally, have an established network of clients and industry contacts that can be leveraged.
- In-depth knowledge of your industry and have the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Strong analytical skills to track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
- This is an individual contributor role with career development opportunities.
- Salary: Base $120,000 - $180,000 based on experience (OTE up to $250-300k)
