Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up commercial projects, particularly warehouses. This role requires extensive travel throughout the U.S. and strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and project requirements.
- Facilitate safety meetings and monitor site safety.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and safety records.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Provide project updates to the owner and team via project management software.
- Assist in final walkthroughs, inspections, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in ground-up commercial projects, especially warehouses.
- Commercial General Contractor (G.C.) experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- OSHA certification preferred.
