Our client is seeking an IT Customer Support Analyst in Orlando, FL.

Role Description

• Responsible for Tier 1 and 2 software and hardware support.

• Provides technical advice, guidance and informal
• training to customers using hardware and software programs.

• Troubleshoots and restores routine technical
• service and equipment problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms using
• established processes and procedures.
• Performs root cause analysis and develops checklists for typical problems.
• Recommends procedures and controls for problem prevention.
• Maintains knowledge database and call tracking database to enhance quality of problem resolutions.
• Works in a team setting, sharing information
and assisting others with calls.

Skills & Requirements

• 4+ years of Technical Support experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 software and hardware support in complex, enterprise environments
• Must possess very strong troubleshooting experience using established business processes and procedures
• Must possess prior experience performing root cause analysis and developing checklists / documentation for common problems to prevent future occurrences
• Must possess strong experience and proficiency w/ File Transfer Appliances
• Must possess strong experience and proficiency w/ Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Must possess great communication and be a team player to provide technical advice, guidance, and informal training to customers
Preferred Skills / Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline highly preferred
• Prior experience w/ Avigilon highly preferred
