Multifamily Superintendent Opportunity - Orange County

Your new company

Hays has partnered with a general contractor whose primary focus is multifamily work. Having been in the business for over 20 years, they've acquired a strong network of clientele who take on projects of various sizes and methods. They are seeking a skilled project manager in Orange County to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

Work effectively with the project manager and all on-site staff to complete jobs with professionalism in a timely manner. Typical job size ranges from 200-400 units and $50M-$150M in value and most are wood construction.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience as a Multifamily Superintendent

  • Experience on jobs at least 150 units in size (preferable)

  • Ability to commute to job sites in Orange County and San Diego


What you'll get in return

  • Base salary range of $120k-$170k
