Our client, based in Northern Virginia, focuses on high-end commercial interior projects, completing law firm buildouts. With an annual revenue of $100M, they are growing and looking to expand their estimating team. They typically handle project values ranging from $3M to $15M on average, with flagship projects reaching up to $20M with most of their work negotiated.

Your new role

Our client is looking to expand their team with the addition of both junior and mid-level estimators. The role involves assembling bids for high-end commercial office projects and reporting directly to the Senior Estimator. Key responsibilities include pricing, liaising with subcontractors, and reviewing drawings and scopes of work and coordinating with the project team to ensure project success.

• Previous estimating experience on high-end commercial interior projects.
