Your New Role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, coordination, and management of mechanical engineering projects. Known for its diversified projects in aviation, healthcare, commercial, and tech sectors, offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team where each member's experience and interests are valued. You will interact with clients, contractors, and architects, participating in project meetings and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate and participate in project meetings with clients, contractors, and architects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with a pool of staff to designate team members based on project needs and individual expertise.

• PE licensed Engineer.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design for MEP systems.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage people and projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with diversified project types, including aviation, healthcare, commercial, and tech.
• Commitment to long-term employment and growth within the company.
