10+ years of experience in scalable software development, including 3+ years in a leadership/architectural role. Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, along with expertise in Domain Driven Design and micro-service architecture. Familiarity with cloud-native development, reactive/functional programming, and distributed application design. Strong commitment to quality, mentoring, and aligning technology with business objectives. Experience in enterprise-grade software systems within a modern cloud-native stack
