Our client is seeking a Senior Product Owner in Hanover, MD.

Job Responsibilities

• About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Owner (PO) to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading multiple scrum teams, with a mix of onshore and offshore members, as well as client and internal delivery team members.
• This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior client leaders.
• Lead and manage multiple scrum teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Facilitate large demos, requirements gathering sessions, and other key meetings with senior client leaders.
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Ability to work in USA Eastern business hours (8 AM ET to 5 PM ET).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
