Our client is seeking a Program Manager in New York, NYC

Role Description

The Program Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the installation of all decomm and installation of old and new technical infrastructure. Accountable for project delivery within budget while adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Management of project managers
• Management of large multi-phased and multi-year projects
• Tracking project performance utilizing firm designated tools.
• Scheduling and management of all onsite technicians.
• Maintaining project budget and tracking resource hours against budget.
• Delegating project tasks to team leads (Level 3 technicians) and PMs
• Performing quality control as work is executed maintaining the expected standards.
• Managing technicians escalations and communicating issues with firm's counterparts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• (It’s possible that some of the more senior candidates for the other JPMC PM role might be a fit. It’s worth reaching out and seeing if they’re interested.)
