Our client is seeking a IT Project Manager / Portfolio Data Analyst / Product Analyst in Celebration, FL / Hybrid.

Role description

Position is a bit unique as the role will be required to operate as a Technical Project Manager, Portfolio Data Analyst, and Product Analyst.

Role requires someone who has strong analytical skills, able to create strategic roadmaps / documents / requirements, and can operate in the gray / ambiguous will find success as this role will need to flex all of these styles.


Projects /initiatives assigned to this level tend to be of the highest complexity and strategic priority.
• Conduct periodic reviews of projects in plan, confirming or updating overall priority and sequencing. - Assist with data accuracy during monthly forecast as needed.

Maintain strong relationships with business partners and technology teams, providing a conduit for communication of project priorities.

Stay current with portfolio and project process and rules.
• Serves as subject matter expert and "go to" person for guidance.

Lead smaller teams of a specific area of focus or expertise through transformative organizational change.
• Ability to translate highly technical information into an executive-friendly output.

Understands process controls, looking for ways to drive improvements.

Responsible for consolidation of data or information from various sources.

Accountable for driving execution and delivery of extraordinarily high-profile technical, efforts from start to finish.
• Accountable for driving execution and delivery of highly complex technical programs from start to finish.

Participates in developing technical / business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools. - Implements activities that generally impact multiple components / processes and the work of own and possibly other units / teams / projects.
• Typically assigned to strategic / complex undertakings.
• Work is subject to management review at defined milestones.
• Operates within the context of defined operating outcomes.

Skills & Requirements


2-4+ years progressive leadership experience

Strategic thinker that is able to connect business outcomes to technology solutions, strong collaborator, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization; this includes written, verbal, visualizations/deck building and facilitation skills

Proven ability to successfully operate in a highly matrix organization with a diverse set of clients; demonstrated influence vertically and horizontally along with strong interpersonal, partnering, negotiating, and consensus-building skills

Solid understanding of program and project management principles
• Experience in business analysis techniques, such as information gathering methods, requirements documentation, process modeling and process mapping.

Strong understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle and delivery approaches, e.g. waterfall, agile, etc. - Strong organizational and time management skills

Understanding of value-driven business outcomes and metrics
• Expert proficiency in office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, SmartSheet, etc.)
• Expertise with project management tools and Power BI or other visualization tools
