Consultants/Project Engineer (x4) – Contract – Memphis, TN– $65.00 - $72.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Consultants/Project Engineer (x4)in Memphis, TN
Role Description
As a Consultant you will assist in providing transformative technology solutions for the most visionary companies in the world. Along with designing and implementing single and multi-vendor technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to work within an industry-leading sales and technical sales team to understand our clients’ needs and craft sustainable roadmaps to achieve their goals.
From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering centric solutions enable our clients to leverage technology to accomplish more than they have ever envisioned.
• Ability to assess Customer environment and make design and solution recommendations.
• Act as liaison between Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.
• Provide design, deployment and implementation services of single or multi-vendor solutions in a Data Center environment.
• Handle issues escalated by Engineers and Sr. Engineers
• Ability to troubleshoot multi-vendor issues
• Lead a Project team
• Be current with vendor offerings and technology
• Be available to meet the customers IT needs
• Achievement of utilization targets
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Provide after-hours on-call support.
• Understand and abide by all security and operational policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across
• Safety and security of facility.
• Embrace and support mission and core values.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years as an engineering consultant, outside systems engineer or similar.
• Relevant qualifications or accreditations in one or more technology area(s)
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Subject matter expert within your focused technology stack
• Ability to design complex multi technology solutions
• Ability to design complex technical solutions and provide input into bid, project and technical documents
• Have, maintain and/or achieve multiple manufacturer-specific advanced certifications.
• Broad knowledge of the business benefits that technical solutions can provide
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group setting.
• Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office, OSX, Salesforce).
• Scripting and automation experience preferred (Python, Ansible, etc)
• Working knowledge of networking systems.
• All candidates must be local to Memphis or willing to relocate prior to the start date. This is a strict client requirement. Please do not submit any candidates who cannot meet this condition.

While the long term goal is to transition all resources to a standard 40-hour workweek, there will be a need for flexibility, overtime, and extended hours during the initial ramp up phase. Please ensure candidates are comfortable with this requirement .
• Looking for versatile, “Swiss army knife” data center professionals. Must be capable of running projects end-to-end, working directly with customers, and driving outcomes on the actual data hall floor
• 3–5+ years of experience
• Experience with scripting/automation, Juniper, Arista, fiber optics, and transceivers is a plus
• Data center engineering background preferred
• Salary upon conversion: $120–150K
