2) Contract Solutions

Your organization’s contractors enable you to respond to fluctuating demands and improve your competitiveness, but it is often a challenge to attract, screen and retain your flexible workforce in a low risk and cost effective manner.
It can be beneficial to work with a trusted partner who can provide the most suitable, compliant professionals as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Approximately 50% of our worldwide business is contract so we have the infrastructure to source, on-board and payroll professionals and skilled individuals. From electronic timesheets and consolidated invoices, to travel and medical arrangements, our delivery team is ready to take on the complex and varied tasks of managing a flexible workforce.

Our contract staffing professionals are trained to react quickly and decisively to short-term hiring needs. This is supported by their immediate access to candidates from our extensive databases and websites, both locally and globally.

Temporary Consulting - We provide qualified professionals that alleviate the pressures faced by businesses, enabling you to have the cover you need, when you need it. This includes cover for staff shortages, maternity leave or addressing fluctuating workload requirements.

Payroll Services – We also provide services for candidates that you would like to on-board into your business but do not want to hire on a permanent basis. We will manage the candidate, employ them via a W2 contract and manage all the compliance.
