YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Property Manager sitting within the Commercial Team – you will oversee and be responsible for a Portfolio of Commercial Office, Retail and Industrial Properties across the Colorado Region and potentially wider States down the line.

You will be tasked with all day to day management responsibilities of each property whilst delegating effectively within your team. You will plan, schedule and coordinate all maintenance and leases whilst also having full financial control and analysis ready for SLT meetings.

A strong team leader with exposure to Commercial, Retail or Industrial Portfolios would be a fit here.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

To be a success in this role, prior experience within a similar Commercial, Retail or Industrial portfolio is required, alongside a related Degree or equivalent.

A valid driver's license is also required due to visiting Properties within the Portfolio.

Ideally, you will have a track record of exemplary solution-focused, customer service levels and have a desire to create and build a strong network with internal and external stakeholders alike.
