With over 40 years of industry experience, 200+ branch offices, and over 5.5MM homeowners served, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the multifamily space.

Your new role
Based out of Minneapolis, the VP of Operations will direct the overall operations and strategy of an established 250+ client HOA portfolio consisting of single family, condo, and townhome assets, across the 7 county metro areas of Minnesota. The VP of Operations will oversee existing operations and will lead expansion initiatives for continued growth in the region. The VP of Operations will oversee 4 Community Association Managers, their staff, and the Client Services team. The VP of Operations will play an active role in employee mentorship, ensuring that staff have a positive experience resulting in client retention and driving growth.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the VP of Operations role on the North East side of Minneapolis, candidates will possess the following:

• Strong background in multifamily property management (10+ years)
• Ability to be an effective leader, provide direction, and motivate a team
• Condo or community association management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

What you'll get in return
