You will be working for a fully-integrated Real Estate Investment Company who are recognized as a National Leader in Residential Projects, typically involved in high value spends of over $50M+ per project. This ranges across High-Rise, Garden-Style, Podium & Wraps.

With circa 15+ years’ experience – this organization covers Development, Construction, Acquisitions, TI and Property Management.

Your new role

As the VP of Construction of the Colorado Region, you will have direct responsibility for overseeing all Investment, Precon & Operational involvement across a range of various Multi-Family Projects.

Experienced in Multi-Family Projects, you will be a proven team leader with a background of being “a builder”; having the ability to look at plans and know how projects are put together. Whilst this is an Operational Role – you will be able to dive into the Field and get your hands dirty, when needed.

Stakeholder management skills will be key here, both internally and externally.
