Job Title: Traveling Superintendent Underground Utilities
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Various locations across Texas and the United States
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent for Underground Utilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of underground utility projects across different locations in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in underground utility construction and be willing to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of underground utility projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work is performed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in underground utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of underground utility construction methods and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to travel frequently and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
