Salary: $94k-$157K based on experience Plus 15% bonus

Working on the fiscal calendar- 50% Office, 50% at home

Your new role

Your new role as a Technical Accounting Manger will be a part of the Accounting & Finance structure and total employees: 12 employees, Accountants, Accounting Manager, Director, and Chief Accounting Officer. You will report to the CFO and have 5 Direct reports made of Staff accountants. Career/promotion potential.

What you'll need to succeed

As a Technical Accounting Manager, you will need, A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance . CPA is required. Big 4 work history or strong background with public accounting firm , 4+ years hands on Audit experience. 2+ years in a leadership position which will include team development is required. A strong understanding of Sec reporting, US GAAP and IFRS. Memo writing experience is preferred. MS Office Proficiency and outstanding communication skills.
