Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer II in Remote opportunity.

Role Description

• Strategic Execution: Lead the execution of hardware strategy and customer service policies across Fanatics Betting and Gaming, ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and communication of technologies to support rapid growth.
• Hardware Strategy Maintenance: Maintain and continuously update the hardware strategy and customer service best practices to drive business objectives. Ensuring all company devices adhere to defined Information Security Policies/Procedures.
• New Business Support: Support the organization’s new business growth through project planning, execution, and hypercare for new location buildouts.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT support organization to understand and address the impact of workspace IT decisions.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues, including those related to hardware, software, and network components.
• MDM Management: Manage and optimize core MDM platforms such as WorkspaceOne, Intune, and Jamf for client devices.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer service and employee satisfaction.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support various projects and initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of IT experience, with a focus on workplace IT and end-user support, which includes leveraging ticketing systems such as JIRA.
o Asset Management and Inventory control – stills in Jamf and Work Space One or Intime, Airwatch or another VMWare product.
o Retail Deployment – experience installing hardware – PCs, Laptops, Point of sale machines and will do light AV work.
• Hardware Management: Proven experience in comparing, selecting, and maintaining end-user hardware equipment.
• MDM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MDM best practices and managing platforms like WorkspaceOne, Intune, and Jamf. Solid knowledge of both Windows and macOS.
• Asset Platform Support: Extensive deployment and support experience with asset platforms including Windows, Mac, Chromebook, and Linux.
• Initiative: A self-starter who is proactive and eager to tackle problems and tasks head-on.
• Cloud-Based IT Systems: Proficiency in managing corporate assets through cloud-based IT systems.
• Construction Project Experience: Experienced in handling new construction projects, encompassing hardware setup and systems such as AV, CCTV, and building security systems.
• Automation Skills: Demonstrated success in automating system deployments with a focus on ZTE (zero touch enrollment).
• Certifications: Jamf 200/300/400, VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
