Your new role

As a Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and maintain safety protocols, while also liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction. The projects you'll be on will be within the Mission-Critical sector or High-End interiors throughout Northern VA. This role is open to candidates who are experienced in their career or who are newer to the industry. They're happy to train!

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 – 5+ years in a Superintendent position
• OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR certified
• Knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
