Our client is a fast growing and upcoming General Contractor based in Queens NY who works in the 5 Boroughs of New York City area for Public Sector projects. They deliver high quality, speed, and exceptional service for new build and renovations on projects between $20m to $60m. Ensuring their employees have plenty of support and training is something they prioritize on.

They're looking to add a Superintendent to their team to help manage a project from start to completion whether it be a new build or a renovation. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the daily construction activities on the project site while providing mentorship where needed.
