Your new role

My client is looking for an experience DOB Licensed Construction Superintendent to join their Healthcare Division. You will oversee the Construction of their current Hospital Addition project in Staten Island, NY

What you'll need to succeed

• NYC DOB Superintendent's License
• 10+ years' experience as a NYC Superintendent
• Hospital experience preferred
• MEP experience preferred
• Experience overseeing other Superintendents preferred
• Ability to commute to Staten Island, NY
• Ability to work and communicate well with a team
