Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare construction standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
Implement and enforce infection control protocols specific to healthcare environments.
Ensure all construction activities minimize disruption to ongoing healthcare operations.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
OSHA 10, OSHA 30
ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar.
