Your new role
The ideal senior superintendent will be providing day to day support to the field staff, partnering successfully with executives and project managers, and collaborating with subcontractors and clients while maintaining a clean, safe, and accessible work place and managing compliance with all federal, state, and city regulations. You will be taking on their newly awarded tilt wall and industrial projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10-15 years of experience leading ground up tilt wall projects from start to finish
• Experience running multiple $30 million projects from dirt to key at one time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appropriate construction software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
