About the role

You will be responsible for all onsite activity during the construction project. The superintendent is tasked with directing and managing subcontractors and trade partners, enforcing safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized jobsite, handling on-the-spot problems efficiently, and executing the day-to-day project schedule. You will collaborate with the project manager to effectively deliver the project on time and within budget while communicating important milestones to owners and stakeholders.
