• Planning and Scheduling:
  Develop project schedules, coordinate tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Budgeting:
  Estimate costs, track expenses, and manage project budgets.
• Resource Allocation:
  Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are available for each assignment.
• Timeline Adherence:
  Monitor project progress from planning to completion.

• Construction Standards:
  Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance:
  Maintain a safe and secure job site for workers and equipment.
• Site Cleanliness:
  Monitor cleanliness and orderliness.

• Stakeholder Liaison:
  Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Issue Resolution:
  Address conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
• External Partners:
  Communicate and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and legal representatives.

• Daily Reports:
  Maintain accurate records, including daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information).

• Proven experience as a superintendent in grocery store or commercial construction. (+5 years)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
