• We are looking to hire a Superintendent for a $240M Student Housing High Rise Apartment build in Raleigh, NC. 2 grade below and 12 above, CIP Concrete structure and a 1 million sq ft footprint and 665 units.
• Your scope on this project will focus on the Interiors.
• The project will have high-end finishes and excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center and game rooms. This project is a for a well-known developer who is going to be partnering with Power on a series of similar projects across 10+ states nationally.
• This is one of the largest Student Housing accommodations in North America.

• Experience on large scale projects, ideally in multifamily, hotels or offices and heavily involved in the interiors scope.
• The ability to create and run the master schedule.
• The ability to run the entire interior's scope.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Open to travel.
