Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced estimator with a strong background in earthworks and utilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in earthwork take-offs and utility take-offs, with proficiency in AGtek, HCSS, or Excel.
Experience with manual take-offs is also acceptable. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate project estimates and contributing to the successful execution of projects valued at $5 million or more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed earthwork and utility take-offs for subdivision and commercial site projects.
- Utilize AGtek, HCSS, or Excel for accurate and efficient take-offs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive project estimates.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.
- Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in earthwork and utility take-offs.
- Proficiency in AGtek, HCSS, or Excel; experience with manual take-offs is acceptable.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- No degree required; relevant experience is highly valued.
