Your new role
As the Service Manager, you will support the overall maintenance operations of a 2 property, 700+ unit luxury rental portfolio in the Mount Vernon Triangle area of Washington DC. You will be supported by 6 Service Technicians, Caretakers, and Concierge.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the Service Manager job in Washington DC, candidates will possess the following

  • Strong background in residential maintenance management (5+ years)
  • Luxury experience preferred
  • Ability to develop/lead/motivate staff
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
