Our client is seeking a Senior Superintendent for their New Jersey site.

As a candidate, you will need prior experience in Site Development, Excavation, Earthwork, Grading, or related fields.

Experience should also include an understanding of project contracts, working with subcontracts and purchase orders.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing project schedules, managing subcontractors and deliveries, and coordinating inspections with third-party consultants.

You will also be responsible for enforcing safety protocols and safety meetings.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and organization skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to function independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer knowledge is required for day-to-day communication, and prior HCSS Heavy Job experience is preferred.
