Our client is seeking a Radiologist Technician in Waukesha, WI.

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologist Technician with 2-3 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The Radiologist Technician will be responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes. This role requires a thorough understanding of radiologic procedures, patient care, and safety protocols.

"Radiologic Imaging:
Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Position patients and equipment to capture the necessary images.
Ensure images are clear and accurate for diagnostic purposes.

Patient Care:
Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
Monitor patients during procedures and provide assistance as needed.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and self from radiation exposure.
Follow all regulatory and institutional guidelines for radiologic procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of radiologic equipment and work area.

Image Processing and Documentation:
Process and review images to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images.

Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of radiologic equipment.
Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiologic technology and procedures.
Participate in continuing education and training programs.
Maintain professional certifications and licensure."
"Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience as a Radiologist Technician.
Experience with various radiologic imaging techniques (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT).
Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and performing imaging procedures.
Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology.
Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality images."
