We are looking to grow our company by adding a Property Manager to a brand-new luxury property in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Your new role

As a Property Manager, you will be overseeing the overall operations of a brand new 250+ Class A property. Along with leasing, marketing, tenant relations and administrative responsibilities, as well as oversight of team.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years as a Property Manager
• Must have experience with Lease up's
• Experience with Class A-B properties
• Strong marketing background
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with residents, staff, and management
