Your new role

As a Project Manager in the Special Projects Division, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process for both ground-up and renovation projects. Your responsibilities will include contract management, cost control, schedule coordination, safety compliance, and quality assurance. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will require you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, all with tight deadlines and high expectations for quality and efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be eligible for the Project Manager role, you must have a B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing projects with quick turnarounds. Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects is essential. You must have the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, negotiate and award subcontracts, forecast and manage project finances, and navigate the subcontractor and vendor market. Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also required.
